Gosfield Hall Wedding – Louise & Mark

I recently had the privilege of covering Louise and Mark’s wedding at the beautiful Gosfield Hall in Essex.

Louise, who looked stunning in her dress, had planned a real fairytale wedding and everything went perfectly. The ceremony was held outside and, watched by all her guests, Louise arrived in a horse drawn pumpkin carriage. The horses waited patiently at the top of the aisle whilst Louise and Mark got married and once the wedding ceremony was finished, they whisked the happy bride and groom off for a romantic ride around the Essex countryside.

Shortly after Louise had thrown her bouquet, the day came to a close with a fantastic firework display. The firework photographs are particular favourites of mine. For the photographers, I set the camera to manual and used a shutter speed of around 1/4, the couple were lit using an off camera Nikon SB800 flash triggered using Pocket Wizards.

To Louise and Mark, thank you very much for asking me to photograph your wedding. It was an honour to work with you both and I am really pleased you are both so happy with your wedding photographs. I look forward to seeing you both again soon, and hopefully meeting your new puppy!
