The only thing that can ever make photographing weddings even better is when the wedding is that of your friends. It makes what you already know will be a fantastic day, even more personal as you know the people involved well, and so I had been looking forward to Rebecca and Jarrod’s wedding at The Villa in Wrea Green in Lancashire for a long time!
To say Rebecca and Jarrod’s wedding was brilliant would be a huge understatement, it was absolutely amazing! Rebecca and Jarrod had put so much planning in to the day to make sure everything was perfect and that it exactly what it was, and more. Jarrod even had the foresight and consideration to order a beautiful sunset for us just before the wedding breakfast! He really had thought of everything. The day had so many highlights (we had a dressed up cat, a brilliant soprano singer and a dry ice winter wonderland) but I think the one which will always stay with me was Rebecca & Jarrod’s first dance as halfway through they burst in to Gangham Style and everybody went crazy!![]()
This was the first time I had photographed at wedding at The Villa in Wrea Green but I hope I get the chance to photograph another wedding there in the future, it is a beautiful venue.
To Rebecca and Jarrod – thank you so much for asking me to photograph your wedding, it was an absolute pleasure capturing it all for you. You are both made for each other and I know you will have a very long and very happy marriage together x
Here are a selection of my favourite photographs from your wedding at The Villa in Wrea Green:

pr photographer manchester - Amazing photography, they really capture the emotion of the day!
Anurag Sharma - Haha……Hi5 The Villa. Was this your first visit to our wonderful village?
Sunset shots are fab.
Brilliant to see another photographer’s perspective.
Martin Hambleton - Well, I was going to say I loved the portraits by the altar. Then I saw the sunset shots. But for me it’s actually those black and white shots of the first dance. They are just phenomenal.
Peter Wynne - Fantastic work Neil, loving the sunset shots too. Looks a stunning wedding, and thats one fancy marque too.
