Winter wedding photographs at Colshaw Hall

Gemma and Alex’s winter wedding at Colshaw Hall was such a beautiful day. I love winter weddings and with Christmas only a few days away too, there was an extra special feeling of

The whole day was perfect, from Gemma and Alex getting ready in the morning (both houses were full of excitement and laughter) to the emotion of the ceremony and speeches to the fun of the dancing in the evening. Just an incredible day for two amazing people.

I also loved this wedding because I got to work with my great friends and top wedding videographers Tom and Tom from Silk Wedding Films and I got to see the lovely Jo and Richard again (Jo was one of Gemma’s bridesmaids) whose wedding I photographed 3 years ago – so great to see you both again!

The only slight downside of the day for me, was my little trip in to the air (and even faster trip back down on the floor again…) as I was walking in to the church… oh well, no pain no gain!

Thank you so much again Gemma and Alex for asking me to be your Colshaw Hall wedding photographer. It’s been so great getting to know you both, you are an amazing couple and I wish you both all the very best for your future together 🙂
