Eaves Hall wedding photography
Eaves Hall Weddings
Eaves Hall near Clitheroe in Lancashire is one of my favourite wedding venues. It is one of those rare venues that is just as photogenic inside and it is outside. This makes it a superb choice for both winter and summer weddings regardless of the weather. It is a venue where good photographs are guaranteed!
It is not hard to see why it is one of the most popular venues in the North West. Eaves Hall itself is a beautiful country house surrounded by amazing gardens, set in the heart of the the Ribble Valley in Lancashire. It is owned by James Places who also own the equally impressive Mitton Hall and Shireburn Arms. James Places wedding venues are renowned in the industry and all have an exceptional reputation.
I always enjoy going to Eaves Hall, the drive there is really nice and the atmosphere is always really nice. The staff are so friendly and helpful which is such a big help to me. As with all James Places venues, they really always make sure that wedding suppliers are looked after and work with them on the day to make sure that every wedding day is perfect.
A venue for all seasons
As the inside space of Eaves Hall is equally as photogenic as the stunning gardens which surround the venue, it really is a venue which is perfect for both summer and winter weddings. Eaves Hall has lots of magnificent and very spacious rooms inside, meaning that even if they weather isn’t great (and let’s be honest, it does sometimes rain in Lancashire…) it really makes no difference at all. Not that I would wish it on any of my bride and grooms, but I love taking romantic photographs in the rain and Eaves Hall and some of my favourite bad weather wedding images have been taken here.

Why I love taking photographs at Eaves Hall
I have been lucky enough to photograph weddings at Eaves Hall on a number of occasions over the past few years. I can honestly say that I have loved every one. It really is a dream wedding venue.
The staff there are just fantastic and help make each wedding run perfectly. Barry, in particular is a wedding legend and makes every couple feel so special.
It is also an ‘Exclusive-Use’ venue, meaning that bride and grooms have the entire luxury venue to themselves on the wedding day. I personally think is always much nicer.
The bedrooms at Eaves Hall are huge and luxurious (again, a big bonus for wedding photography!) and I also love the ceremony room which always looks absolutely incredible. This is often the same room where bride and grooms have their wedding breakfast and it works perfectly. I have heard so many emotional and funny speeches made in that room and the atmosphere is always brilliant.
Full day weddings
I have included lots of my favourite photographs from Eaves Hall on this page but you can many more from these weddings by viewing my individual blog posts. Such as:

As well as weddings, I also captured Francesca and Prashant’s engagement shoot at Eaves Hall a couple of months before their wedding there.
