Photographs from Tatton Park, Cheshire

Had a lovely day today at Tatton Park in Cheshire. Tatton Park is absolutely beautiful, especially the house and gardens. I would love to do a wedding there, it is so photogenic.  There was actually a wedding on there today and I was jealous I wasn’t the photographer!

My parents very kindly bought me a Nikon 70-300mm VR lens for my Birthday so today was the first chance I have had to test it out – and I loved it! It’s incredibly fast to focus and very sharp. The VR works really well too, I was able to handhold at 1/10 second and still manage to get sharp images – very impressed.

Michelle even let me take a few photographs of her today (which is very rare!) as I explained it will be good practice for our wedding in a few months….!

Apart from the first one, all the photographs here were taken today on the Nikon 70-300 VR.
