To say I enjoyed photographing Julia and Andrei’s Manchester city centre wedding would be a huge understatement, it was such an incredible day, I absolutely loved it!
This was a wedding with a difference for me, one of the smallest but also was one of the nicest weddings I have ever photographed. Julia and Andrei only had two guests but they had enough fun between them for 100! Julia and Andrei got married at Albert Square Chop House in Manchester and we then spent a lovely couple of hours walking round the city centre taking photographs. It was such a laid back and fun afternoon and the sun didn’t stop shining the whole time. They are the perfect couple and were so happy together that my job couldn’t have been easier.
Julia is a good friend of mine and has modeled for me on wedding photography workshops in the past so it was quite strange on the day to think that when she put her beautiful wedding dress on this time, it was for real! Andrei is such a nice guy and seeing them see each other for the first time on the day was so nice.
I was also helped on the day by my lovely and amazingly talented friend Lucy West! Lucy is a brilliant wedding photographer and it made the day even more fun to have her shooting with me – thank you so much again Lucy!! A special mention too to my awesome friend Laura from Laurel Weddings who made Julia’s stunning flowers!
To Julia and Andrei – thank you so much again for asking me to be your wedding photographer. Capturing your day was an honour and I am so pleased that you had such a perfect wedding day. I wish you both all the luck in the world for your future together x
